Welcome to VAULTCARDTCG. By accessing our website, purchasing products, or interacting with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Overview & Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with VAULTCARDTCG, you certify that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Product Authenticity & Condition Guidelines
100% Genuine Products: All trading cards, booster boxes, and sealed merchandise sold by VAULTCARDTCG are guaranteed authentic. We source directly from authorized distributors and verified channels.
Card Condition Definitions:
Near Mint (NM): Cards show minimal to no wear from shuffling, handling, or manufacturing.
Lightly Played (LP) / Moderately Played (MP): Cards may exhibit minor border wear, light scuffing, or small surface blemishes.
Sealed Products: Factory-sealed items remain untouched. Minor outer shrink-wrap tears or dents from transit do not qualify a sealed product as "damaged" unless the internal contents are compromised.
3. Pricing & Inventory
All prices are listed in the designated currency at checkout and are subject to change without notice.
Due to the fluctuating nature of the trading card market, prices of singles and collectables may vary over time. Orders locked in at checkout will be honored at the purchased price.
In the rare event of a pricing error or severe inventory discrepancy, VAULTCARDTCG reserves the right to cancel and fully refund any order.
4. Shipping, Handling & Risk of Loss
Secure Packaging: Every order is packed with professional-grade protection (top loaders, team bags, bubble wrap, and sturdy mailers for singles; reinforced boxes for sealed merchandise) to ensure items arrive safely.
Fulfillment & Transit: Orders are processed and shipped within standard business operating windows. Tracking information is provided upon dispatch.
Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or customs duties/import taxes for international shipments.
5. Return, Refund & Restocking Fee Policy
We maintain strict quality control to ensure customer satisfaction, but we understand things happen. Our return policy is governed by the following guidelines:
Eligibility: Requests for returns must be initiated within a specified timeframe (e.g., 14 days of delivery). Items must be returned in their exact original condition (factory sealed, un-opened, or un-tampered with). Opened booster packs, single cards removed from their protective sleeves, or searchable sealed products are final sale and non-returnable.
Restocking Fee: Approved returns on non-defective merchandise are subject to a 30% restocking fee to cover handling, inspection, and inventory restocking costs.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect due to our error.
6. Chargeback & Fraud Prevention
VAULTCARDTCG employs rigorous fraud-detection measures for all online transactions.
Attempted chargeback fraud, friendly fraud, or malicious claims of "item not received" when tracking confirms delivery will be contested with full documentation, including IP logs, fulfillment photos, and carrier delivery confirmation. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent bans from our platform and legal reporting.
7. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site—such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software—is the property of VAULTCARDTCG or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
VAULTCARDTCG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or products, including market value fluctuations of trading cards after purchase.
